Room 01 · The treehouse

A website people and AI both trust.

People now ask AI about a business before they visit its website. Your website has to be a source AI can rely on, and a place where people feel safe. Every site is secure and private from the start, and belongs entirely to you.

Signs your website is putting you at risk.

  • Nobody is quite sure who holds the logins to your website and domain.
  • Plugins and updates keep piling up, and each one is a way in.
  • Your visitors are tracked by tools you never chose.
  • When people ask AI about you, the answer is wrong or missing.

What you get

Secure, clear and built to last.

No templates. Each site is planned around your business and the people you serve.

  • 01

    Secure by design

Your website is built from simple, ready made pages, with no login page or database for intruders to target. Fewer moving parts means fewer things to patch and fewer ways in.

    • No admin login to guess
    • No pile of plugins to update
    • Encrypted connections everywhere
    • Backups kept in more than one place
  • 02

Clear to AI, convincing for people

Pages are written and structured so AI tools describe your business correctly, and so people find the answers they came for. For product companies, this starts with one confirmed version of every product.

    • Pages built around real questions
    • Information AI reads correctly
    • Fast on every phone and laptop
    • Usable by people with disabilities
  • 03

A safe move, a clean handover

Moving from your old website is planned so email keeps working and search rankings are kept. Your team receives everything needed to run the site.

    • Email and domain protected
    • Old page addresses redirected
    • Every account in your company’s name
    • A plain English handbook and training

Your land, your rules.

AI sovereignty means your company decides where its data goes, who holds its knowledge and which AI it uses. Here is what that means for this service.

What is AI sovereignty? →

Your data
Visitors are counted, never tracked or sold on, and messages from your forms go straight to your inbox.
Your knowledge
All code and content are handed over to you, and stay yours.
Your choice
Move to another host or supplier at any time, with nothing to rebuild.

One person, start to finish.

  1. 1

    Listen and plan

Your business, the people you serve and your goals come first. The plan sets out the pages, the content needed and a fixed price.

  2. 2

    Organise and confirm

Your content is gathered and checked with your team. For product companies, product information is brought into one version and confirmed in a simple “yes, or correct this” format.

  3. 3

    Design and build

Two or three design directions to choose from, then the full website, checked on every device before launch.

  4. 4

    Launch and hand over

Launch day is planned in detail. Your team receives the accounts, the handbook and training.

The person who listens to your business is the person who builds your website. Nothing gets lost between handovers.

Who it’s for

  • Companies replacing a website that is slow, risky or hard to update
  • Practices and advisers who handle sensitive enquiries
  • Product companies with many products and specifications
  • Organisations whose customers ask where their data goes

Questions

Is a website without a login page really safer?

For most businesses, yes. There is no database or admin login on the server for anyone to break into, and no plugins waiting for security fixes. It also loads faster and costs less to run.

Can our team update the website ourselves?

Yes. Everyday text and images can be changed by your team. A handbook and training are part of every handover.

How long does a new website take?

Most websites take 4 to 12 weeks. The number of pages and languages, and how ready your content is, make the biggest difference.

Could our current website be improved instead?

Often, yes. Planning shows whether improving or rebuilding gives you more for the budget.

Is the writing included?

Yes. The main site text and FAQs are written as part of the project, in your own voice.
